Brief Bio

Twenty-five years ago, New Mexico Piñon Coffee began with a small 15 lb roaster in the bed of a 1952 Chevy pick-up truck. With his loyal dog Decaf by his side, our founder created one of New Mexico’s favorite coffee blends. New Mexico Piñon Coffee is now one of the largest coffee roasters in the state, roasting over one million pounds of coffee every year!
